Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing a private healing session with Dana Anton. Each session is prepared with care and set aside just for you, so please read this policy before booking. Payment Full payment is due when you book. Your session is confirmed once payment is received. No Cancellations or Refunds All bookings are final. Sessions cannot be cancelled, and payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling If you can't attend, you're welcome to move your session to any open date in the booking calendar. Please reschedule at least [24 hours] before your session. You may reschedule up to [2 times] per booking, and the new session must take place within [90 days] of the original date. Late Arrivals Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so the next client can start on time. Missed Sessions If you don't attend and haven't rescheduled at least [24 hours] ahead, the session is counted as completed and can't be rescheduled or refunded. If Dana Needs to Reschedule In the rare case that Dana has to move a session, you'll be contacted right away and can choose any open date in the calendar. By booking a session, you agree to this policy.
